CFO, Payroll and Billing

Erin is the agency’s Chief Financial Officer. She has been with Compassionate Home Care since October of 2019. Erin is responsible for billing, payroll and employee benefits for both the MN and WY offices. Erin has her bachelors degree in accounting and has worked in various accounting positions from property management and financial institutions as well as being a self employed accountant for private clients. Erin's ability to understand the complexities of state rules, regulations and taxes as well as her proficient ability to work with numbers are an immeasurable asset to Compassionate Home Care. 

Erin enjoys working in home care as she knows she's a part of the grander scale by helping clients and caregivers alike. She recalls her youth when witnessing her grandmother's isolation and remembers that her grandmother rarely left her home unless she absolutely had to. She loves the fact that our caregivers are able to be a light in the lives of their clients, they are able to provide much needed companionship, interaction and the ability to assist clients in community participation, especially when those clients don’t have family to do that for them. 

Erin is married with 3 children and spends all of her spare time attending and chauffeuring her children to their various sporting events. She also enjoys spending quiet time at home with her family when time allows.

Fun fact about Erin is that she is also a licensed Realtor and her Favorite place to visit is Gatorland in Orlando, Florida which she visits whenever she can.
